Pure virgin merino wool is the ideal base layer for close-to-skin sport garments. In order to optimize layer performance and comfort, Mover has banned all synthetic underwear and also uses merino jersey as a functional liner for its trousers and more active oriented ski jackets. 100% wool, not blended with polyester or polyamide, without compromise. This naturally active fiber reacts to changes in body temperature, allowing you to stay warm when the weather is cold, and to stay cool when the weather is warm. No itching, no odor, easy care, machine washable.

Our wool is sourced exclusively in New Zealand, taken from merino sheep grown in the wild, guaranteed « non-mulesed », which feature an extra-fine wool quality of 17.5 microns. The growers are committed to the ZQ Merino ethos and meet the highest standards in areas of animal welfare, environmental care, and social sustainability. Once shaved, the raw wool is shipped by boat to Biella in Italy, washed through the river’s water which once made the local wool producers’ reputation, then woven or knitted by a « Filatura » mastering a secular savoir faire.

Wool is not only the most effective fiber for any outdoor activity, it is also the most sustainable as this renewable, biodegradable material strongly contributes to preserving the planet and the oceans from plastic pollution.
